Warranty orders
can only be placed by authorized OASE distributors. If you are an end-user,
please contact your OASE dealer and ask them to order the parts for you.
For warranty support for the Lake Management
or Fountain Technology Product Lines (StrataVators, Jumping Jets, etc.),
please call OASE at 1 (800) 365-3880.
OASE Distributors
Parts missing
in the box or broken when received will be replaced at no charge with freight
prepaid to your warehouse or directly to your customer.
Parts that
fail during the warranty period will be replaced at no charge with freight
prepaid to your warehouse. Freight will be charged on parts shipped directly
to your customer.
End Users
Please contact
your OASE dealer and ask them to order the parts for you.
